Keep your message consistent
Justin Sardi: One of the biggest mistakes that I see people make when it comes to running a successful YouTube ad campaign is not keeping their marketing message consistent. And this doesn’t just go for YouTube, it goes for literally any type of marketing.
You need your marketing message to be consistent from the ad to the landing page, to the thank you page, to the email follow-up. If you’re not consistent, there’s going to be a disconnect, and you’re going to lose people along the way.
For example, if you tell somebody, “Hey, I am going to show you how to do this, X, Y, Z,” or make underwater baskets or something, and they hit a landing page and they see something completely different for a weaving kit but not a basket kit, there is a huge disconnect there.
You need to make sure that your marketing message lines up from start to finish and you keep everything consistent.
